Site Watch terms.
Effective 15 September 2026.
What Site Watch is
Site Watch is a subscription from BlueSignal XYZ, Inc. For one US ZIP code you name at checkout, BlueSignal re-reads the official records the Water Brief is built from — EPA ECHO permit holders, EPA SDWIS public water systems, and National Weather Service alerts — once a day, and emails you when any of them changes.
Price and renewal
Site Watch costs $9.00 per month per ZIP code, charged to the card you enter at checkout and renewed every month on the same date until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no other charge.
Cancelling
Cancel any time at bluesignal.xyz/brief/manage or by replying to any Site Watch email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for and nothing further is charged. You can cancel the same way you subscribed, online.
What the records are
Every fact Site Watch sends is a record read from the named source and copied as that source published it. BlueSignal does not verify, alter or interpret it, and a source can lag, err or be unavailable. Nothing Site Watch sends is a statement about the water at any one property, and nothing in it is advice.
Your information
BlueSignal keeps the ZIP code you name, the email address Stripe collected, and the Stripe identifiers for the subscription. Payment details stay with Stripe. Your email is used for Site Watch mail and for nothing else without your consent.
Changes and law
BlueSignal may change these terms with notice by email; the version in force is named on the checkout page. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Questions: hello@bluesignal.xyz.
