Before you call

Can BlueSignal install a WQM-1 on a house, HOA lake, or dock?
Yes. WQM-1 installs, pond sensors, and other power-limited control and signaling work are in scope on any property under Tex. Occ. Code §1305.003(a)(12).
Can BlueSignal replace a well pump?
On agricultural-use property, production side — irrigation and livestock wells — yes, under §1305.003(a)(18). A house well that is not ag-use waits for a licensed electrician.
Do you wire line voltage in a house or commercial building?
No. Line voltage off agricultural-use property waits, or a licensed electrician contracts with BlueSignal XYZ, Inc.
Are commercial fish farms agricultural use?
Yes. Aquaculture is agriculture by name. Line-voltage work on the production side of a commercial fish farm or aquaponics site is in scope.
