Can BlueSignal install a WQM-1 on a house, HOA lake, or dock?
Yes. WQM-1 installs, pond sensors, and other power-limited control and signaling work are in scope on any property under Tex. Occ. Code §1305.003(a)(12).
Can BlueSignal replace a well pump?
No. A well pump is line-voltage work and goes to a licensed electrician, who contracts with you and is paid by you. We can wire the telemetry and control side of that pump on any property.
Do you wire line voltage anywhere?
No. Line voltage of any kind, on any property, goes to a licensed electrician. BlueSignal does not perform, supervise or warrant that work.
Do you do any plumbing?
No. All plumbing goes to a licensed plumber, including the water tie-in on an atmospheric water generator.
